President Putin has claimed that G20 sanctions are against the principles of the club. Russia is planning on building nuclear reactors in Iran, aimed at ‘the peaceful use of atomic energy’. Iran’s leader, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei recently called for the elimination of Israel, however, opposes ‘a massacre of the Jewish people in this region’.
