A map is a tool of practicability. It’s meaning is derived from it’s purpose. It’s beauty in it’s design. It’s intention is it’s architecture and it’s accomplishment in it’s guidance of our geographical thoughts.

The art of cartography is a principle of life, often overlooked and under-appreciated. From a tube to a treasure map, they are visual artefacts which enable us to understand situations in a geotemporal context. An explanation more than the simplicity of exploration; the intrigue of a map is in it’s history as much as it’s reason. We integrate a map into the Globalist Website, with the belief that global news as much as a map, frames the way in which we perceive the world. Headlines as much as borderlines underline our understanding of global relations…

So why not enhance you understanding of global relations and have a read of Breakfast and the Papers from a global perspective…
